Our earliest check-in time to your room on the check-in day is 14:00, and our latest check-out time from your room on the check-out day is 12:00.

Flight time on the day of departure, etc. if you want to keep your room until 18:00 for reasons, the cost of a half-day stay is subject to an extra fee and assistance will be provided on the relevant day in accordance with the hotel permit. If you want to keep your room after 18:00, the full 1-day accommodation fee will be credited to your account.

Booking cancellation	In order for your reservation to be finalized, the cost of the entire stay it must have been paid into the hotel account on the booking date. If you receive a cancellation notification within the last 14 days prior to the check-in day, the 1-night stay amount will not be refunded as the cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded. If the hotel is not checked in without notification on the day of check-in, the entire amount of the stay will not be refunded as a no-show fee.
Non-cancellable/non-refundable	Which is more advantageous in terms of price non-cancellable/non-refundable* in case of cancellation of your reservations, your paid advance payment is 100% non-refundable, your official documented (health) cancellation notice and cancellation notices that may occur due to force majeure, Ford Hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.
Cancellable/refundable	*With our cancellable price option if you have made a reservation, you can pay a free cancellation notice until the last 14 days are left on the check-in day, and you can get a 100% refund of your prepayment.

 Campaign Conditions 
Dec May 2025 - 31 October 2025 * The campaign is valid for stays in selected hotels between May 1st and October 2025. 
* The campaign is valid only for hotel stays. It is not valid for additional services (Food and Drink). Oct. 
* Your booking process will be completed with paying the remaining 75% of your holiday amount via the link that will be sent to your e-mail address.  
* Within the scope of the campaign; when you make a reservation with your credit card and pay 25% of the amount, the remaining 75% amount will not be blocked from your card. 
* Actions and discounts appropriate to the credit card used are calculated at the time of paying and reflected in the amount of accommodation. 
* The amount differences that will be issued during the reservation change are calculated automatically by the system, and the remaining amount is collected accordingly. 
* For reservations made with the campaign; number of people to stay, number of nights, etc. for subsequent changes, such as the pay conditions are the same, and all fees will be collected. 
* For payments that are not made until 7 days before the date of accommodation, the cancellation and refund conditions of the reservation will apply. 
* The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns.
