Our earliest check-in time to your room on the check-in day is 14:00, and our latest check-out time from your room on the check-out day is 12:00.

Flight time on the day of departure, etc. if you want to keep your room until 18:00 for reasons, the cost of a half-day stay is subject to an extra fee and assistance will be provided on the relevant day in accordance with the hotel permit. If you want to keep your room after 18:00, the full 1-day accommodation fee will be credited to your account.

Booking cancellation	In order for your reservation to be finalized, the cost of the entire stay it must have been paid into the hotel account on the booking date. If you receive a cancellation notification within the last 14 days prior to the check-in day, the 1-night stay amount will not be refunded as the cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded. If the hotel is not checked in without notification on the day of check-in, the entire amount of the stay will not be refunded as a no-show fee.
